At GoalRush Tournaments, we strive to provide a fair and transparent experience for all players. Below are our terms regarding refunds: ✅ Eligibility for Refunds Refunds will only be issued if a tournament is cancelled by us or if a player experiences a technical error that prevents participation, and this is confirmed by our support team. Players who withdraw at least 24 hours before a paid tournament may request a full refund. No refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or disqualifications due to violations of the rules. 🕒 Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If you do not see the refund within this period, please contact your payment provider first before reaching out to our support. ❌ Non-Refundable Cases Entry fees for free tournaments or promotional events are not refundable. Refunds are not provided for performance-related issues (e.g., losing a match, lag during gameplay not caused by our platform).
